Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Resilient People Workplace Institute, where she is dedicated to helping organizations create more compassionate, trauma-informed, and resilient environments. Krissy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California and has completed CPD-certified professional development courses in: Fundamentals of Trauma Processing Fundamentals of Domestic Violence and Abuse Violence in Schools: Understanding Causes and Creating SolutionsTrauma-Informed Care for Support Professionals Combining her educational background, professional experience, and specialized trauma-focused training, Krissy brings a unique perspective to understanding how trauma can affect individuals, workplace relationships, leadership, and organizational culture. Through Resilient People Workplace Institute, Krissy develops practical and engaging trauma-informed education for corporate organizations, schools and educational professionals, healthcare organizations, law enforcement and public safety agencies, and workplace leaders. Her approach emphasizes practical strategies that leaders can use to recognize signs of distress, communicate effectively, respond with compassion, and foster environments where people feel supported without asking leaders to assume the role of a mental health professional. Her mission is to help organizations understand the people behind the profession—and give leaders the tools to respond with awareness, empathy, and purpose.

Kristin Bridgwater

Chief Program Director
Kristin Bridgwater serves as Chief Program Director for Resilient People Workplace Institute, LLC, bringing professional experience, organizational insight, and a people-centered approach to the development and delivery of the Institute’s educational programs. With a professional background that includes experience within the insurance and risk management industry, Kristin understands the complex challenges organizations and their employees encounter in today’s workplace. Her experience provides valuable insight into organizational needs, professional relationships, communication, and the importance of creating environments where employees feel supported and understood. As Chief Program Director, Kristin helps guide the development and implementation of Resilient People Workplace Institute’s trauma-informed educational programs. She works to ensure programs are practical, engaging, and adaptable to the unique needs of organizations across different industries and professional environments. Kristin shares the Institute’s commitment to helping organizations move beyond awareness by providing leaders and employees with meaningful education and practical tools they can apply in real-world situations. Through her leadership, Kristin supports the Institute’s mission of empowering organizations, strengthening people, and creating more compassionate and resilient professional environments

Sarah Kim

Community Outreach Coordinator
As the Community Outreach Coordinator for Resilient People Workplace Institute, LLC, Sarah helps build meaningful connections between our organization and the communities we serve. In this role, Sarah develops relationships with businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, public safety agencies, community organizations, and other local partners to increase awareness of trauma-informed education and available resources. Through community engagement, partnership development, events, and outreach initiatives, Sarah helps connect organizations with education and resources that support stronger, more compassionate, and resilient environments. With a commitment to connection, advocacy, and community impact, Sarah plays an important role in expanding the reach of Resilient People Workplace Institute and ensuring our mission extends beyond the classroom and into the communities we serve.
